Canadian Turkey Marketing Agency The Canadian Turkey Marketing Agency (CTMA) is a national organization representing registered turkey producers in eight provinces. The members of the CTMA, through the Board of Directors, establish turkey production limits or a quota on an annual basis. This is done in response to market activity, market forecasts and expectations regarding imports and competing protein markets. CTMA endeavours to ensure that Canadian turkey is readily available everyday, everywhere in Canada in the form consumers desire. |
