We'll ask you what kind of food and cooking styles you DON'T like and you won't see those on your meal plans.

Then we will ask you what you DO like and how often you want to see it on your meal plan.

The more we know about you the better we will be able to provide you with meal plans that fit your lifestyle. Having said that - it is totally up to you how much of the preference questionnaire you complete.

The preference questions can be answered at your leisure. You can always log on and update them whenever you have time.

Our meal plans are designed to match your preferences as closely as possible. We may not be able to accomodate extreme restrictions in food or cooking styles. We encourage you to use the wovenfare™ meal planning tool as a way to explore something new.
