The wovenfare weekly™ is a meal plan prepared by the wovenfare team. It includes 6 dinner time solutions and is absolutely free. You cannot personalize the wovenfare weekly. How much do meal plans cost?
The wovenfare weekly™ is 100% free. Personalized meal plans cost between 3 and 5 dollars a week. (top)
Why can’t I search for recipes?
wovenfare™’s approach to online meal planning is as a comprehensive service where our customers do not need to undertake the task of searching for recipes. This is often one of the more time intensive parts of meal planning. Our system simulates your decision making process by understanding your food and cooking preferences implicitly. (top)
What happens if I can't complete the meal plan Setup Wizard in one sitting?
This is not a problem. You can fast track through the Setup Wizard by continuing to Step 2 to generate your first meal plan at any time. Once you exit the setup procedure, you will not be able to utilize the wizard again, but all changes to your meal plan setup can be made through the “Update Preferences” section in the members’ website. Do I have to enter my weekly activities and reminders for a meal plan to be generated?
We recommend that you do but this private information is by no means required by our system to generate your meal plans from week to week. We believe that placing your family schedule on your meal plan calendar will help you better select which type of meal is appropriate for each day. Should you elect to enter this information, rest easy knowing it is confidential and you are implicitly protected by our privacy policy. (top)
Do I need to download any software to use the wovenfare™ service?
No. wovenfare™ operates as a web based application with no software downloads required. In order to preview and print your meal plan packages (calendar, recipes, grocery list) you do however require having Adobe PDF Reader on your personal computer. (top)
What happens if my email address changes? Do I have to create a new user profile?
No. All you need to is log onto the members’ website and edit your personal information on your Account Info page. (top)
What happens if I don’t accept a meal plan that is emailed to me? Will I still be charged?
No. Credits will only be deducted from your account after you have logged on to the site, made any desired changes to the meal plan and clicked on “Accept Meal Plan” to finalize it. (top)
Can I change my start day once I've generated a meal plan?
Any changes made to your personal preferences, including your meal plan start day will only affect your next meal plan and all subsequent meal plans. Your current meal plan will not be changed. (top)
Can I have multiple meal plans generated in one week?
Only one meal plan per account can be generated per week. (top)
Why do the questions in the “Update Preferences” section of the members’ website get so detailed and specific about what I eat and how I cook?
By understanding your preferences we are able to customize your meal plans accordingly. It is important we know certain details such as food likes and dislikes, desire for frequency of food types and general information which makes you distinct! (top)
Can I contribute my recipes to the wovenfare™ database?
You are welcome to add personal recipes in your Personal Recipe Basket. These however will only be accessed by you. (top)
What happens if my personal recipe calls for an ingredient that is not listed on the wovenfare™ system?
In the event your personal recipe calls for an ingredient not listed within our database of ingredients, we ask that you contact us and we will verify and add your ingredient so that it may appear on your grocery list. (top)
Can I take advantage of promotional offers for FREE credits after I've set up an account?
The wovenfare™ newsletter will frequently offer special promotions for free or discounted credits. As a valued return customer there are a number of ways you can be rewarded micro-credits. For every 10 micro-credits you earn you will receive 1 FREE meal plan. (top)
What do I have to do to earn micro-credits?
It’s simple! We reward micro-credits for rating meal plans and referring friends to wovenfare™. (top)
Do I have to rate my previous meal plans in order to get my next meal plan?
Not at all. Your participation in rating meal plans is completely voluntary. We do however ask and encourage our customers to tell us what they think as we strive to maintain a high standard of recipes and meal ideas within our database. The other reason to tell us what you personally think of a particular meal is so we can know whether you would like to have it repeat in a future meal plan. (top)
What happens if I purchase meal plan credits but don't use them right away?
You can pre-purchase up to 20 meal plan credits and apply them to accepted meal plans at your discretion. If, over a period of time, you have not accepted any meal plans, your credits will still be valid. We reserve the right to alter this policy. (top)
Does wovenfare™ sell my personal information?
No; absolutely not. We respect the privacy of our customers and do not provide personal information to any third parties unless you have explicitly given us permission to do so. In the interest of full disclosure, we may however share aggregate data with our site partners, i.e. summary overviews such as, “55% of our customer base is AB residents” or “90% of our customer base is female”.
